Therapy for Young Women Who Feel Lost, Anxious, or “Too Much”
Providing In Person therapy in Houston, TX and Virtually across texas.
Helping you stop people pleasing, find your voice, and feel good in your own skin.
You’ve spent years trying to do everything “right” - now you just feel anxious, disconnected, and unsure of who you really are. You don’t have to figure it out alone.
You’re not broken—you’re burned out from holding it all in. Maybe you grew up in a home where emotions weren’t safe. Maybe a parent yelled, expected perfection, or left you feeling like your needs were too much. So you learned to keep things inside. You became the “easy one.” The helper. The peacekeeper.
Now, in your 20s, that pressure has caught up with you.
You’re overwhelmed, anxious, and constantly doubting yourself. You keep putting everyone else first, saying yes when you mean no, and losing yourself in relationships that don’t feel good. You try so hard—but inside, you feel like you’re falling apart.
You want to feel confident, grounded, and finally start living life on your own terms!
I can help you:
Understand where your anxiety and self-doubt comes from
Set boundaries without guilt
Start realizing your feelings and needs are just as important as everyone else’s
Stop people-pleasing and start speaking up
Build real confidence and self-trust
Connect with the version of you that’s been buried under expectations

I’ll help you gain insight into what your teen is going through, teach you practical skills to reinforce the progress they’re making in therapy, and ensure you feel included along the way. Together, we’ll work to strengthen communication, build understanding, and create a more supportive and harmonious relationship within the family to help your teen thrive.

My specialties *
Self Esteem
Low self-esteem can be a heavy burden, especially for young adults navigating the pressures and uncertainties of life’s transitions. You might find yourself battling self-doubt, comparing yourself to others, or feeling stuck in patterns of negative self-talk.
Trauma
Trauma isn’t just about what happened to you—it’s about how it affected you. It can leave you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself and others. Healing doesn’t mean “just getting over it”—it means having the space to process, regain a sense of safety, and move forward at your own pace.
Depression
Depression is more than just sadness; it’s a heavy weight that can makes even small tasks feel impossible. It can feel overwhelming, isolating, and all-consuming, touching every part of your life—from relationships to work or school. With so much change and uncertainty in your life, it’s no wonder that depression can feel confusing and disorienting.
Attachment
Attachment issues can deeply impact how you navigate relationships, trust others, and understand your own emotions. These challenges often stem from early experiences and may show up as difficulty forming close connections, fear of abandonment, or struggles with independence.

You don’t have to keep carrying it all alone.
If you’re ready to stop shrinking yourself and start showing up as you,
